One of the oldest ski destinations in France, the first alpinists strapped on their skis in Alpe d'Huez way back in 1911!

In the past 110 years, the resort has developed into one of the biggest resorts in the world with a whopping 250km of skiing served by 84 lifts. And the terrain is well-regarded as having something for never-ever skiers as much as for the most experienced of riders. Because of the Sarenne Glacier which offers skiing up to 3300m, Alpe d'Huez is a very snow-sure resort.
