Indicative Pricing for Ski Accommodation 2023/ 24

Posted on June 19, 2023

If we were unable to give our customers the freedom about where to go and where to stay for their ski holiday, we would likely not stay in business for too long but, on the flip side, offering clients every single bed in every single ski resort is going to very quicky lead to some kind of decision paralysis – like choosing between sticky toffee pudding and warm chocolate brownie for dessert. Impossible!

Currently we have a portfolio of over 100 résidences in sixteen resorts in France. Each résidence can consist of up to 90 apartments and each apartment can have between one and eight bedrooms. One way to help our clients find the perfect accommodation is to ask if you “have a budget in mind?” but, again, we understand that some people just have no idea about how much a ski holiday costs and so we have put together an indicative pricing table for accommodation. Please note all prices are in Euros and are per person per week.

The table is split in the following ways:

  • By Date into the ranges of Super Off-Peak, Off-Peak, Mid-Range, Peak & Super-Peak and there is a guide to these ranges in the right hand table
  • By Resort Type; Resort Type 1, Resort Type 2 & Resort Type 3 and there is a guide to the resorts within each resort type underneath the main table
  • By Star Rating with the following categories; 3-Star, 4-Star, 4-Star Plus and 5-Star and there is a guide to these categories at the bottom of the document

Now of course this is for the accommodation only and so we have created a second blog to help you to budget for the other aspects of the holiday; flights, transfers, lift passes, equipment hire and snowsport lessons.

We sincerely hope that this helps … please let us know if we can start the search for your perfect ski accommodation!
