A number of traffic-free villages of different characters make up the resort of Les Arcs which, along with La Plagne, constitute the massive ski area known as Paradiski. Les Arcs is mostly suited to intermediate skiers and is ideal for family groups with most primary routes having easy and more difficult alternatives. The resort, however, also offers a lot of vertical all the way down to Villaroger and a range of ungroomed "Natur" runs – so if you like your moguls…!

The Ski Company offers chalet accommodation in Plan Peisey which is ideally located at the Les Arcs end of the Vanoise Express so offering great access to the whole of the Paradiski area. The village of Plan Peisey has a good number of bars & resturants as well as a Sherpa supermarché
